• Manage residential refinance files from opening through completion and reporting • Review and fulfill institutional lender instructions and requirements • Prepare closing documents, statements of adjustments, payout statements, and reporting packages • Conduct title and other required searches • Coordinate with clients, lenders, brokers, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth and timely closings • Maintain accurate electronic file documentation and follow established processes • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and contribute to a streamlined client experience
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a residential real estate law clerk, with strong refinance experience • Experience managing institutional mortgage refinance transactions from start to finish • Strong understanding of lender requirements and closing procedures • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines • Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset • Comfortable working independently in a technology-driven, process-focused environment • Ability to adapt quickly and follow established workflows while identifying opportunities for improvement
