• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing and static ad design or similar roles. • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools. • Experience creating content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Google Ads. • Strong understanding of video storytelling, motion design, composition, typography, and visual communication. • Familiarity with creative performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and retention rates. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in English and reliable remote work setup.
