Key products include SearchAI, ZoneAI, SiteAI, DevMap, a Land Relationship Manager (LRM), and Due Diligence tools designed to accelerate deals, reduce manual research, and help developers decide faster and win more opportunities.

📋 Description

• Drive expansion revenue by geography and tier, including geography expansions and tier upgrades • Become a product expert and strategic advisor to enterprise accounts • Own renewals and proactively combat churn through ROI demonstrations, re-engagement, and account right-sizing • Own the full customer lifecycle for a book of enterprise accounts from sales handoff through onboarding, health, expansion, retention, and renewal • Lead hands-on onboarding and training, often in person, including travel to enterprise client sites • Work cross-functionally with engineering and product as the internal voice of the customer • Submit feature requests, resolve data-accuracy issues, and advocate for account needs on the product roadmap • Build and refine onboarding and enablement playbooks, questionnaires, account plans, workflows, and repeatable processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS account management with mid-market or enterprise customers • Track record of growing a book of business and expanding account value • Strong communication skills, including communicating with C-suite stakeholders and translating needs into internal priorities • Comfort with data and dashboards, using analytics to track account health and growth • Comfort with AI tooling and automation tools in daily workflow • Experience in real estate, construction, or homebuilding SaaS is nice to have • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship • Ability to travel to client sites for in-person onboarding and training
