📋 Description

• Provide training support for Liquid Waste in the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of assigned instructional programs • Analyze, assess, extract and convert training content into relevant instructional material • Obtain Drill Controller qualification within two months of employment • Present lesson materials at the instructional level established by Operations and Training Management

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum: accredited High School diploma • Eight years of verifiable experience as a training professional in a nuclear environment • Demonstrated skill and understanding of the ADDIE process and working knowledge of DOE Order 426.2 • Preferred: baccalaureate degree in Training or Education with courses focusing on instructional analysis, design, development, delivery, testing, and evaluation of training programs • Skills in Microsoft® Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Knowledge and experience developing e-learning products • Specialized knowledge in Waste Certification and Hazardous Materials Management • Previous training experience at the Savannah River Site and familiarity with SRS Manual 4B requirements
