📋 Description

• ProSidian seeks a Training Program Oversight Consultant - GSSC to support DOE Hanford engagement. • Provide oversight of training and qualification programs. • Assess, interpret, and monitor the effectiveness of training programs. • Perform oversight of causal analysis activities. • Communicate training concerns to DOE and contractor management. • Develop reports and briefings on training program status. • Assist in reviews involving the training sector.

🎯 Requirements

• Consecutive employment in a comparable position within the past five years. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products. • Work products shall be thorough, accurate, and appropriately documented. • Senior professional with experience in operational readiness reviews, plant testing, turnover and plant operations. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. • 15 years’ experience in nuclear facility operations. • 15 years’ experience working with contractor assurance systems. • Expertise in performing causal analysis. • Experience with information management systems and related software. • Ability to identify issues impacting operations. • Ability to develop and present training materials. • Ability to work collaboratively at all levels. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with various DOE guidelines and regulations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Ability to meet security badging requirements.
