📋 Description

• Map, detail, and prioritize business requirements in highly regulated financial projects; • Translate BACEN (Brazilian Central Bank) rules and guidelines (such as Open Finance and LGPD) into practical, applicable solutions; • Ensure clarity and traceability of requirements across the entire journey — from ideation to delivery; • Facilitate alignment among technical, regulatory, and product stakeholders, ensuring mutual understanding; • Contribute to defining the functional and technical design of the solution in partnership with UX and architecture teams; • Participate in delivering an interactive/clickable prototype in Figma, including the solution blueprint, mapped journeys, and flows; • Support the creation of reference architecture and the technical reference model; • Develop a business-driven strategy for the incremental evolution of the solution; • Work on initiatives related to digital onboarding, fraud prevention, credit granting, and regulatory intelligence; • Apply product vision and strategic thinking regarding the impact of AI on decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in financial or regulated projects; • Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, elicitation, and functional documentation; • Knowledge of BACEN (Brazilian Central Bank) rules and guidelines, especially Open Finance and LGPD; • Ability to translate rules and legislation into technical and business solutions; • Strong communication skills and the ability to work between technical and product teams; • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); • Familiarity with prototyping and journey-mapping tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence); • Desirable: knowledge of AI, tokenization, and decentralization applied to financial services; experience in digital onboarding, anti-fraud, or credit-granting projects; experience defining solution architecture or working closely with architecture teams.
