📋 Description

• Design and maintain data pipelines for ingestion and transformation from multiple sources, focusing on HR systems data; • Connect, integrate, and synchronize data across the channels and applications that make up the multi-agent AI ecosystem; • Collaborate with AI engineers and conversational designers to structure the data that will feed conversational agents; • Implement tracking, auditing, and data governance mechanisms to ensure security, compliance, and transparency; • Develop dashboards and audit trails to support observability and decision-making; • Support data scientists in creating clean, structured datasets ready for NLP models and predictive analytics; • Ensure scalability and resilience of data solutions using AWS cloud architecture best practices; • Prepare the data foundation for the assistant's future expansion to channels such as Teams, WhatsApp, and an internal app.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in data engineering within AWS cloud environments; • Knowledge of ingestion, messaging, and event tools: Amazon S3, EventBridge, SQS; • Experience with cloud compute for model execution: Amazon EC2, AWS ECS; • Proficiency with monitoring, infrastructure-as-code, and security tools: CloudWatch, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudCheck; • Ability to create dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight; • Proficient in Python for building pipelines and automations; • Experience with data governance and compliance policies in corporate environments; • Experience with conversational agents, generative AI, or NLP projects; • Desired: knowledge of data flows in HR and people management systems;
