📋 Description

• Manage small (<5 countries and/or limited services) and medium-sized (5–15 countries and/or full-service) projects under general supervision • Ensure production of project deliverables according to predefined quality standards, on time and on budget • Perform the project co-manager role in complex international projects/programs • Adhere to and promote PSI delivery and service principles when dealing with customers • Lead project teams • Train, mentor, and coach study team members • Participate in feasibility research • Assist with business development tasks, including proposals, client presentations, and bid defense meetings • Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental procedures

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5-year industry experience in clinical research • At least 2 years of project-level clinical project management experience • Experience managing all project phases from startup to closure • Oncology experience preferred • Experience in Gastroenterology and/or radiopharmaceuticals is a plus • Must not require work visa sponsorship for employment now or in the future
