📋 Description

• Manage medium-sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) or large (>15 countries, full service) projects/programs under general supervision • Ensure production of project deliverables meets predefined quality standards, timelines, and budgets • Lead project teams • Supervise small (<5 countries and/or limited services) projects/programs • Act as a primary escalation contact for customers, vendors, project teams, and representatives of other functional areas • Train, mentor, and coach Regional Project Leads and Project Managers • Participate in feasibility research • Support business development tasks, including proposals, client presentations, and bid defense meetings • Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental procedures

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of industry experience in clinical research • At least 4 years of global, project-level clinical project management experience • Experience managing all project phases from startup to closure • Experience managing all functional services and vendors • Experience managing global projects • Gastroenterology experience preferred • Oncology and radiopharmaceutical experience is a plus • Must not require work visa sponsorship for employment now or in the future
