📋 Description

• Lead the design, implementation, and transformation of large-scale PLM-ERP-MES integrations • Serve as a technical expert and strategic leader in architecture and business strategies • Develop and disseminate Windchill PLM architecture and implementation methodologies • Collaborate with internal teams and System Integrator ecosystem for best practices • Establish governance protocols for product and manufacturing data quality • Design and manage enterprise master data models for optimized processes • Partner with implementation teams to provide process and architecture leadership • Mentor Professional Services teams on best practices • Collaborate with Product Management and field teams for customer experience • Evangelize expertise through communities and partner networks • Support the evolving role of AI in PTC solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in PLM-ERP-MES systems architecture • Proven track record of leading/facilitating successful ERP and/or PLM deployments • Extensive experience with integration of Windchill PLM with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365) • Strong working knowledge of current and emerging APIs for system orchestration and enterprise integration frameworks • Robust understanding of Windchill PLM, ERP, and MES data models • Strong grasp of enterprise master data and Digital Product Traceability/Digital Thread principles • Knowledge of Cloud based infrastructure and technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) • Experience in software development, build, and deployment (JAVA, JSP, XML, Ant) • Strong project/program management skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field • Ability to travel up to 15% across North America
