📋 Description

• Qualify and validate technical requirements ensuring solution fit and implementation plans are aligned to the customer’s needs and strategic priorities • Manage customer relationships, advocating for customer interests and addressing issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty • Lead technical validation aspects of sales opportunities, demonstrating deep product knowledge and industry expertise to drive successful engagements and technical closure • Drive adoption of PTC CAD solutions, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to expand software usage and drive ARR growth • Provide expert technical advice based on deep industry, market, PTC and enterprise transformation knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product design, instruction, or system administration using PTC Creo within a discrete manufacturing environment • Proficient in modeling components and large assemblies, surfacing, GD&T, top-down design techniques, concurrent engineering techniques, and simulation • Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill for CAD data management using its product data management (PDM) capabilities • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Broad understanding of product development, engineering, IT, manufacturing, and related processes • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
