• Turn client briefs into audience-first ideas that entertain, not just advertise • Build and present compelling creative proposals to clients and agencies • Lead pre-production across scripts, storyboards and treatments • Collaborate with production to bring ideas to life on time and on budget • Mentor junior creatives and support the Creative Director on original formats
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience • Experience working independently and proactively across time zones • Proven experience in a social publisher or social-first agency • End-to-end branded content experience, from idea through delivery • Deep fluency in Gen Z internet culture. You're on the apps, not just aware of them. • Strong deck-building skills in Google Slides and Keynote, with confidence presenting to clients • Comfortable moving fast across multiple projects at once
