📋 Description

• Develop and execute AI-assisted automated tests covering functional, security, boundary, and other necessary test cases • Design, implement, and maintain intelligent automated testing solutions across web, mobile, and API platforms • Build AI-powered automated tests and frameworks for complex software systems • Validate AI model outputs against expected behavior and performance metrics • Partner with software engineers to improve automation feasibility and coverage • Coordinate across teams to deliver high-quality software within defined scope and timelines • Promote coding standards and conduct peer reviews • Reduce automation maintenance through strong engineering practices • Lead R&D efforts and evaluate AI automation tools • Mentor junior team members • Contribute to continuous integration practices and validate AI model performance and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Experience automating test cases using AI tools • Familiarity with machine learning concepts • Proficiency in C#, Java, or Python • Experience with automated testing tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills • Debugging skills • Solid knowledge of SQL for analysis and debugging • Experience building measurements and continuous improvement into software • Ability to satisfy complex business requirements through simple design and execution • Experience with load and performance testing • Experience with continuous deployment/integration a plus • Experience with front-office financial services operations a plus • Ability to work independently and understand application functionality through reverse engineering code • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience required • 5+ years of professional experience • 2+ years automating functional tests for software written using .NET stack, including C# or VB.NET and ASP.NET MVC • SQL Server competency, including SQL queries and stored procedures • 1+ years of professional experience using AI tools to automate API and/or UI tests
