📋 Description
• Partner with clients, stakeholders, product managers, and technical leads to define design approach and implement usable software solutions • Own the UX/UI design perspective within cross-functional teams • Produce key deliverables, including empathy maps, user flows, wireframes, style tiles, mockups, prototypes, and documentation • Lead and facilitate user research in collaboration with product management • Contribute to testing of implemented features to ensure designs meet user needs
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of proven work experience as a Product Designer or similar role • Formal training in UX Design or a related discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma (required), Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or Claude • The ability to apply design thinking to understand user problems and implement technologically feasible solutions • Experience working within cross-functional agile teams
