📋 Description

• Overseeing the application process, ensuring applicants have a clear and supported pathway from submission to funding • Keeping the system efficient—from intake, to approval, to payment—you’ll ensure, transparent and responsive communication with all applicants at each step • Coordinating volunteers who review applications, ensuring they have schedules, documents, orientation, and ongoing support • Tracking decisions and timelines to maintain transparency and documentation • Assisting the board with timely reports, program updates, and meeting preparation, to help strengthen governance and accountability • Liaising with partner organizations such as clinics, pharmacies, and other providers to ensure funds flow reliably and relationships stay strong • Helping to maintain strong relationships and assisting the Fund Director in exploring new partnerships • Tracking and reporting on budget allocations so that our work remains sustainable and impactful

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in program or project coordination, ideally in the nonprofit sector • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Comfort using digital tools (Google Workspace, Jotform, spreadsheets, Slack) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and supporting trans and nonbinary communities. • Experience working with community-based or volunteer-driven organizations • Knowledge of healthcare access issues for 2SLGBTQI+ communities • Basic financial administration experience (budget tracking, payments, reporting) • Familiarity with board processes or nonprofit governance.
