📋 Description

• Act as a conduit between medical billing clients and Quadax • Serve as the face of Quadax when interacting with hospitals, physician practices, and Quadax personnel • Assist clients with setup, implementation, and daily operations of the Xpeditor electronic claims processing software • Train current and new client staff on product features and everyday use • Read multiple reports and identify billing trends for clients • Present clients with additional products and features • Contact insurance payers to research why medical claims did not pay or pass edits • Assist clients in writing and testing custom data conversions during implementation • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Associates or better in Health Administration or related field • Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field • Bachelors or better in Health Administration or related field • Detail oriented with investigative and software troubleshooting skills • Ability to multitask • Knowledge of medical billing practices or Electronic Data Interchange processes • Ability to maintain professional relationships with multiple clients and establish effective communication • Ability to learn essential functions across multiple departments and teams • Sufficient public speaking skills • Previous experience working remotely preferred • Willingness to travel approximately 25%-30% of the time • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Intermediate presentation skills • Intermediate customer service skills • Intermediate billing skills preferred
