📋 Description

• Answer inbound phone calls to help individuals understand their coverage and select appropriate products and services • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers • Demonstrate compassion when assisting individuals • Build customer relationships and earn customer loyalty and trust • Assist with the workflow of applications for Medicare consideration • Answer questions relating to insurance policies • Complete virtual paid training from home in Oklahoma • Adhere to assigned schedules while working independently

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in the state where you reside • At least one year of previous sales experience, preferably in insurance sales under 65 • Secure compliant enrollment into the appropriate medical plan • Proven oral and written communication skills • Comfort with desktop computer systems • Ability to type at least 35 wpm with 90% accuracy • At least 18 years of age • High School Diploma or GED • Must live in the State of Oklahoma • Windows 11 computer with at least 8GB RAM and an i3 4th-generation processor or better • Two computer monitors • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone; 3.5 mm and gaming-style headsets are not approved • High-speed wired Ethernet internet; Wi-Fi, satellite, hotspot, and mobile broadband connections are not allowed • Internet upload speed of 25 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps • Internet service provider with 1% or less packet loss • Latency under 100 ms • Available cell phone or tablet running Android 8.0+ or iOS 14+ • Must install Microsoft Authenticator (MFA) required by Qualfon IT
