📋 Description

• Materials and services engineering support for managing the portfolio of goods and services requests related to the following processes: • (1) Manage relationships with requesting departments; • (2) Plan supplies; • (3) Manage demand for goods and services; • (4) Submit contracting requests; • (5) Define contracting strategy; • (6) Prepare contracting; • (7) Other activities related to the above services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and SAP; • Intermediate Excel skills; • Technical writing and knowledge of public bidding and public procurement, project management tools (Asana, Trello, or industry-specific software), digital tools for managing technical documentation, materials analysis, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software; • Experience working with design, maintenance and/or scheduled shutdowns of machinery and equipment and/or experience preparing Vendors Lists and/or Approved Manufacturer Lists (AML).
