📋 Description

• Own the initial phase of onboarding digital properties for new and existing customers to ensure rapid time to value • Implement standardized best practices across workspace design, roles and permissions, navigation, dashboards, interactions projects, alerts, and reports • Provide meaningful, data-driven insights post-deployment to demonstrate early tangible business value • Manage all onboarding tasks through GuideCX, driving accountability and visibility • Validate that expected industry events are firing correctly and audit proof of concept configurations for alignment to best practices • Partner with Implementation Engineers to remediate gaps and improve deployment quality • Proactively improve onboarding content, tools, and team processes and contribute new approaches • Assist with high-impact subscription optimization projects and prepare analyses to support Business Consultants • Act as a subject matter expert on digital property onboarding, train new hires, and enable account teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a digital analytics role • Proficiency in the Quantum Metric platform • Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex, quantitative datasets to uncover actionable insights • Knowledge across multiple industries and how use cases translate to UI setup • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboardings simultaneously • Strong time management and adaptability to changing priorities • Highly motivated self-starter able to work in fast-paced environments • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to travel 5-10%
