• This is a remote position. • Handle customer queries, complaints, and support requests over the phone. • Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer issues effectively. • Escalate unresolved queries to relevant departments while ensuring proper follow-up. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM or support tools. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. • Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs (response time, call quality, resolution rate, etc.).
