📋 Description
• Identify, vet, and onboard compliant vendor partners across Pakistan. • Establish supplier scorecards and KPIs to enhance partner performance. • Negotiate terms including MOQs, pricing, capacity planning, and lead times. • Build and maintain relationships with factory owners and production leaders. • Serve as Quince’s local ambassador, representing our brand and values. • Lead product development for cotton bedding and window categories. • Align with merchandising, planning, and design teams on cost and margin targets. • Drive faster development timelines by resolving factory bottlenecks. • Ensure new product launches meet quality standards and margin goals. • Develop a long-term vendor and material sourcing roadmap for Pakistan. • Identify opportunities in product categories and regional capabilities. • Support broader sourcing initiatives across table linens, towels, and kitchen textiles. • Collaborate with HQ teams to ensure seamless communication and execution. • Maintain clear reporting on project status, risks, and vendor performance.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in sourcing, product development, or supply chain roles within home textiles. • Deep understanding of textile, weaving/finishing processes, costing, testing, and manufacturing workflows. • Strong network of Pakistan-based soft home vendors. • Proven track record of managing product development timelines, cost negotiations, and factory onboarding. • Fluency in English and Urdu required; Punjabi a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Textiles, or a related field.
