• Track and report on email campaign performance (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions). • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards to visualize key metrics. • Support A/B testing initiatives and help interpret results. • Collaborate with campaign managers to refine targeting and segmentation strategies. • Monitor email deliverability and flag potential issues. • Help identify opportunities for personalization and automation. • Stay informed on email marketing trends and compliance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing analytics. • Experience with SQL or other data querying tools. • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g Tableau, Google Analytics). • Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). • Basic understanding of email KPIs and testing strategies. • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
