📋 Description

• Own the implementation end-to-end. • Own the client relationship. • Run a tight operating rhythm. • Convert pilots to paid contracts. • Channel client feedback into the roadmap. • Build the playbook and hand off to Delivery. • Expand the surface area.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role at a healthcare SaaS company, in healthcare consulting, or in a comparable role inside a complex healthcare provider organization. • Polished executive presence and exceptional verbal and written communication. • High comfort with ambiguity and strong flexibility. • A hard worker with a high pace. • Intrinsically motivated. • Strong project leadership instincts and the ability to lead matrixed teams (clinical, technical, operational) on both the client side and within Qventus with minimal supervision. • Ability to translate AI-driven product capabilities into meaningful clinical and operational impact for the client. • Excitement about the potential of AI to transform healthcare and a desire to be part of that change. • Familiarity with EHR systems. • Ability to travel 40–60% nationwide.
