📋 Description

• Manage international procurement, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements; • Conduct quotations and negotiations for international freight, seeking the best commercial terms; • Oversee the entire import process for raw materials and pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities; • Prepare and review import documents, such as invoices, packing lists, certificates, and other customs documentation; • Liaise with customs brokers, suppliers, and international carriers; • Follow up on orders and processes, monitoring status and delivery deadlines; • Verify documents issued by the importer and validate information with logistics partners; • Perform entries, requisitions, and verifications in the Protheus system; • Support cost analysis and import budgeting; • Ensure adherence to internal policies and quality procedures; • Maintain clear and collaborative communication with internal and external teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Trade, or International Logistics; • Proven experience in international purchasing and imports; • Basic knowledge of licensing procedures with regulatory authorities (e.g., ANVISA, MAPA, Receita Federal); • Ability to prepare and verify import documentation; • Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate level) and computerized systems (Protheus experience is a plus); • Basic English (reading and writing); Spanish is a plus; • Good communication, organizational skills, and an analytical profile.
