📋 Description

• Support all race, test, simulator and rig activities. • Work with engineers and drivers to optimize on-track performance. • Provide pre & post event simulation, analysis and metrics of tyre performance. • Develop tyre physics understanding with modelling engineers for vehicle performance. • Ensure correlation of tyre models to track and rig data. • Research technologies for continuous model development. • Interact across the Team for methodologies and technical decision making.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering or comparable higher education. • At least 3 years’ experience in high level motor sports. • Good theoretical knowledge in the field of vehicle dynamics and tyres modelling. • Experience with tyre testing on track and/or test benches. • Practical experience in the use of coding languages such as MATLAB or Python. • Knowledge of data analysis programs. • Good communication skills. • Time flexibility, absolute willingness to travel, especially on weekends. • Ability to work in a team and independently with high commitment.
