📋 Description

• Draft and review complex legal pleadings, especially in claims for the grant and revision of social security benefits • Conduct hearings, oral arguments and administrative/judicial diligences, both in-person and remotely • Analyze documents and perform social security calculations, such as contribution time and benefit simulations • Provide legal assistance to clients, including preparing legal opinions and clarifying technical questions • Monitor procedural deadlines and develop legal strategies aligned with clients' interests • Represent the firm in meetings with clients, public agencies and partners • Perform other duties relevant to the role.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Social Security Law is required • Proven experience in the social security field, with emphasis on both litigation and advisory services for beneficiaries of the General Social Security System (RGPS/INSS) • Mid-level experience at specialized law firms as a social security attorney for individual clients • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel • Proficiency with the electronic judicial system (PJe) and INSS administrative systems (Meu INSS, Sabi, INSS Digital) • Strong knowledge of social security calculations and preparation of benefit planning • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with legal writing skills, analytical capability, excellent interpersonal communication, collaborative and results-oriented • Availability to start immediately
