📋 Description

• Perform BPL diligence activities for accurate and timely product delivery • Review and analyze loan files and diligence outputs for completeness and compliance • Monitor personal workload and production metrics, escalating risks as needed • Collaborate with peers and leadership for workflow execution and issue resolution • Identify process gaps and provide feedback for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED • 2 or more years of prior residential mortgage-related experience (origination underwriting/processing, or secondary market due diligence) • Strong familiarity with Lender guidelines • Knowledge of standard mortgage documents and critical data points • Experience with origination LOS and/or due diligence systems • Proficiency in basic income and asset calculations and credit report analysis • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
