• The Sr. Client Service Manager is responsible for acting as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and operations. • Provide senior level support to the Client Service Management team through evaluating and recommending processes to ensure that account objectives are met. • Support the sales effort on potential client engagements, including serving as a subject matter expert. • Support the Vice President of Diligence Operations and Vice President of Product as well as Senior Vice President of Business Development. • Cultivate new client relationships and business opportunities. • Ensure execution of business purpose lending transactions. • Provide final review of applicable contracts and confirmation that work performed meets requirements for certification. • Ensure client expectations, scope, and other relevant details are communicated to operational teams. • Ensure highest level of client satisfaction by collaborating with the Client Service Manager team and handling escalations when needed. • Develop detailed specifications for implementation of new products for clients as requested. • Facilitate the completion of client inquiries, audits and annual risk assessments.
• Degree Requirement: HS Diploma or GED • Degree Preferred: Bachelor's Degree • 6 or more years of prior work experience • 6+ years in the mortgage/real estate industry including capital markets, structured lending and business purpose lending guidelines and operational knowledge required. • Experience in business purpose lending guidelines and processes. • Knowledge of business purpose lending processes and procedures. • Commitment to professional and personal excellence/achievement. • Superior written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to communicate and work effectively with a broad and diverse group of individuals. • Strong initiative/proactive in all work efforts. • Ability to work independently in a multitasking environment. • Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines. • Resourceful when dealing with ever-changing circumstances. • Strong team player. • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Box, and Sales Force.
