• Analyse statistical data related to table gaming performance and support development of technological solutions • Assist Casino Gaming Performance Manager to deliver the Rank gaming strategy, focusing on driving revenue performance and operational excellence across the Estate • Utilise Tangam Management software and collaborate with venue teams to analyse data, optimise floor performance, and drive operational efficiency • Analyse underlying margin performance in all sites, identify root causes, and recommend remedies to the Director of Gaming • Analyse major player influences and gaming performance including analysis of standard deviations and play patterns to rule out advantage play • Prepare reports for peer-to-peer process highlighting underperformance causes, individual player analysis, and performance metrics • Prepare reports analysing wheel performance across the estate, develop alert-based indicators, and include data on spin rates, wheel bias, drop zones • Monitor live and recorded game play for procedural adherence, cheating, advantage play, dealer errors • Develop and implement game protection strategies and integrity monitoring procedures • Create table opening plans using Tangam data to build workforce planning schedules • Build flexible table models to generate plans based on customer demand to maximise revenue • Review weekly and periodic performance against Key Risk Indicators and highlight trends to Director of Gaming • Work with suppliers on projects to improve Gaming efficiency and support transformation plans • Liaise with IT and external suppliers to set up data flows and automated performance reports • Stay updated on emerging cheating techniques, technological threats, and industry best practices in game protection • Conduct CCTV checks to aid training and remedial table gaming training • Conduct investigations into integrity breaches and provide training and guidance to internal teams
• Strong knowledge of gaming statistics and a solid casino operations background • Expertise and previous experience of understanding casino game operations, game protection and fraud prevention strategies • Advanced Excel skills • Must hold a valid PML (Personal Management Licence) • Comfortable working independently and managing complex projects through to completion • Able to represent and communicate Grosvenor and Gaming strategies effectively • Excellent communicator across all levels, embodying STARS values • Field-based role with extensive and regular UK-wide travel to all Grosvenor casino venues
