📋 Description

• Own and advance Rasa’s conversational Voice AI capabilities and roadmap • Work on greenfield, cutting-edge technology to deliver seamless, user-friendly voice experiences • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: product designer, engineers, ML engineers, GTM (CSE, Sales) • Talk to customers weekly and meet with them in person regularly • Shape the vision and strategy of Voice at Rasa and manage your product roadmap • Continuously learn and expand technical understanding of Conversational AI to inform product decisions • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies • Report directly to the Chief Product Officer and take ownership in a startup environment

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Product Manager (Senior) experience; mastered product management role • Experience shipping enterprise products • Experience with Voice AI / voice-related tools and multimodal conversational systems • Technical skills: know how to code and use Git • Thrive in a startup environment; take ownership to drive outcomes • Strong collaboration skills; work with product designers, engineers, ML engineers, GTM teams • Customer-facing: talk to customers weekly and meet in person regularly • Must be located in and a resident of the UK, Germany, or Serbia • Rasa can assist with work authorization (visa sponsorship) for candidates located in Germany only
