Familiarity with API integration and technology sales & deals, as well as an understanding of our competitors and main online booking systems. • - **Personal Skills**. Ambitious, proactive, results-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments, creative problem-solving. • - **Analytical Skills**. Data-driven decision-making, tech-savvy, experience using KPIs to track success and leverage the business. • - **Leadership Skills**. Enable innovative solutions, drive continuous improvement, motivate and inspire teams, as well as experience in covering the full range from hiring and training to retaining and developing top-tier talent. • - **International Mindset**.
