• High quality leads are provided daily • This is a fully remote role • Administrative support is provided • Competitive compensation structure - 100% commission • On-target earnings of up to $150,000 • Regular business hours • Converting online leads into closed insurance policies • Engaging with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice to ensure the best coverage for them • Building rapport with new clients and strengthen existing relationships to establish a thriving trust-based client network • Providing excellent customer experience to our clients • Exhibiting a continued focus on service excellence • Staying current with the latest industry knowledge, competition, and market trends • Other responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong sales background with a drive to attract new clients and close sales • Minimum 5 years of life insurance sales experience demonstrating a proven track record of success • Quebec LLQP license in good standing • Proficient in using sales tools and software • Ability to multitask and pay strong attention to detail • Excellent time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively and achieve ambitious sales targets. • Ability to develop and build client relationships
