📋 Description

• Strategic and operational responsibility for customer development in the hospital sector. • Independent acquisition of strategically relevant customers and expansion of the network within the healthcare sector. • Management of the entire sales process from needs assessment to closing. • Revenue responsibility for specific segments and active pipeline management to achieve targets. • Diligent CRM maintenance and KPI-driven work.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid B2B sales experience with service and/or software/SaaS solutions. • Confident presence and persuasive ability when dealing with decision-makers. • Proven track record in building and expanding customer relationships and closing complex deals. • Ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. • Structured, goal-oriented, and self-directed working style. • Strong understanding of clinical and hospital workflows with technical affinity.
