📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a Frontend Architect & Team Lead to define and drive the frontend architecture across both our marketing site and web application while leading and coordinating the frontend engineering team. • Responsibilities include architecture, technical leadership, collaboration, quality ownership, standards, governance, and continuous improvement. • Stay updated on frontend technologies and improve developer experience, build times, and CI/CD pipelines. • Rayyan Systems, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. • Location/time: Remote role; can work with teams globally.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. • Experience: 7+ years in frontend development, including 3+ years in an architectural and/or leadership role. • Proven experience delivering both marketing websites and feature-rich web applications. • Experience coordinating frontend teams in a multi-stakeholder environment. • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of how browsers work, JavaScript internals, and rendering performance. • Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, React, and modern frontend architectures. • Hands-on experience with Nx for managing large-scale codebases. • Strong expertise in testing strategies, state management, and CI/CD practices. • Other Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to balance technical depth with team management and delivery timelines. • Passion for building high-quality, consistent user experiences. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Vite, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, and Astro. • Familiarity with task management tools and workflow automation. • Exposure to AI-assisted development and productivity-enhancing engineering tools.
