⢠Support the development and implementation of regional/state based strategies to strengthen sustainable organizing infrastructure across priority states (North Carolina) and geographies. ⢠Build and deepen relationships with organizational partners, movement leaders, and community stakeholders in priority states and emergent geographies. ⢠Identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration, alignment, and shared learning across organizations and regional movement ecosystems. ⢠Support organizations in strengthening their member engagement strategies, leadership pipelines, and long-term organizing sustainability and powerbuilding campaigns. ⢠Help identify gaps, opportunities and emerging needs with local state and regional partners and support creating responsive strategies to address them. ⢠Collaborate with internal re:power teams to ensure alignment between partner needs and broader organizational strategy. ⢠Support the implementation of long term partner collaborations in partner states. ⢠Support the ongoing data collection, evaluation, iteration, and improvement of programs and learning experiences. ⢠Provide coaching, technical assistance, and leadership development support to organizational partners, staff, and movement leaders. ⢠Support the development of member and staff leadership development pipelines within partner organizations. ⢠Help recruit and support participants for re:power programs, trainings, and national convenings, including our biannual Camp re:power. ⢠Identify and support the development of localized training benches and leadership infrastructure that can support long term organizing efforts within priority states and emergent geographies. ⢠Foster spaces for learning, reflection, growth and skill-building rooted in re:power values and movement sustainability. ⢠Ensure all trainings and learning spaces are participant centered, inclusive, accessible, and grounded in values aligned facilitation practices. ⢠Design learning environments that support engagement, belonging, curiosity, and collective care and accountability. ⢠Integrate healing centered, relational, and trauma informed approaches into training design and facilitation approach. ⢠Support systems and practices for participant feedback, reflection, and continuous improvement. ⢠Help cultivate learning spaces where people across differences can build trust, deepen skills, and move toward shared goals together.
⢠3-5+ years demonstrated experience in community organizing, movement building, civic engagement, or related social justice campaigns ⢠3-5+ years experience supporting leadership development, basebuilding, member engagement or organizational capacity building efforts ⢠Strong relationship-building skills and the proven ability to cultivate trust across diverse communities, organizations and stakeholders ⢠Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills ⢠Ability to think strategically while also managing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and evolving partner needs ⢠Detail oriented with excellent project management skills ⢠Demonstrated commitment to equity, racial justice, healing, and collective liberation ⢠Ability to navigate complexity with emotional intelligence, flexibility, and care ⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills ⢠Willingness to travel regularly within designated regions and for national gatherings/programs.
