• 5+ years of Salesforce experience: Proven track record of increasing responsibilities across projects. • Strong understanding of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds: Including customer and partner community use cases. • Knowledge of the standard Salesforce data model and commonly used objects in Sales, Service, and Marketing. • Expertise in Flows, Apex (async and batch), LWCs, and integrations. • Proficiency in platform security: Profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing, and user license differences. • Experience with Salesforce release management and Salesforce CLI. • Ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity. • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
