• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients. • Oversee end-to-end delivery of services and projects. • Manage client relationships and coordinate internal teams. • Ensure timely resolutions and maintain excellent communication. • Drive client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field. • Advanced certifications (PMP, ITIL, Agile) preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in client delivery, account management, or project management roles, with proven experience as SPOC. • Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or equivalent. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing diverse client and internal stakeholder expectations. • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities. • Experience managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. • Knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and software development lifecycle preferred. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in geographically dispersed environments. • Strong attention to detail and customer-centric mindset.
