• Lead the sales team and ensure consistent performance across the entire funnel. • Develop prospecting, qualification, and closing strategies aligned with our business model. • Lead strategic meetings with law firms and present tailored solutions. • Monitor sales metrics, CAC, conversion rates and lifetime value (LTV). • Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer journey. • Train and develop the team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial leadership, preferably in agencies or B2B businesses. • Experience with legal marketing or consulting services is a strong advantage. • Knowledge of CRM, sales automation and lead generation funnels. • Strategic mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to motivate teams, solve problems and maintain focus on sustainable growth. • Ownership mentality and commitment to results.
