📋 Description

• Develop and lead the organic content strategy (reels, series, storytelling, etc.); • Create narratives that build authority and emotional connection with the audience; • Turn real case studies into aspirational and inspiring stories; • Plan and optimize the editorial calendar with a focus on growth and engagement; • Measure results and continuously adjust to scale reach and impact; • Use AI and digital tools as allies for creativity and productivity; • Ensure consistency of the brand voice and positioning across all channels.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Social Media Manager or Content Strategist; • Proficiency in storytelling, copywriting and building digital authority; • Proven experience driving organic growth for brands; • Ability to analyze metrics and optimize content performance; • Portfolio with cases of engagement, virality or conversion; • Familiarity with generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and creation tools (CapCut, Canva, Figma); • Experience in education, healthcare, or aesthetics is a plus; • Intermediate English
