📋 Description

• You build long-term partnerships with hospital clients at decision-maker and management levels strategically (executive management, nursing directorate, IT department, etc.), develop these relationships further, and lead them. • You identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and manage them independently in close coordination with Sales. • You design and implement scalable customer success strategies to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value. • You independently manage complex customer relationships, from contract renewals and increased product adoption to strategic consulting. • You conduct in-depth usage, impact, and ROI analyses and derive actionable recommendations for ongoing collaboration. • You work closely with Product, Sales, Launch, and Data Analytics to continuously improve the customer journey and product strategy. • You support junior and intermediate customer success colleagues through mentoring and professional guidance. • You develop customer-specific success plans with clear target metrics for adoption, renewal, and expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting in a B2B environment. • Ideally, you have experience in the eHealth/hospital sector or in digital transformation projects in healthcare. • You have a proven track record managing enterprise or key accounts – ideally in healthcare with a focus on cross- and upselling. • You have a deep understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and churn prevention. • Ideally, you have experience communicating with executives at C-level or other decision-making levels. • You are proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), reporting, and BI tools, and can identify opportunities for process optimization as well as cross- and upselling. • You are able to derive data-driven strategies and communicate complex relationships appropriately for the audience. • You manage complex customer structures and stakeholder landscapes with confidence. • You think analytically, are solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial. • You act proactively with a focus on customer success and sustainable partnerships. • You have experience implementing or scaling customer success processes.
