• Acts as the primary liaison for all client communication, onboarding, and relationship management. • Leads full client onboarding and campaign setup, including kickoff meetings, CRM configuration, and development of client playbooks. • Prepares and sends professional client communications such as meeting recaps, Midweek Highlight Updates, and Meeting Summaries. • Creates, maintains, and analyses weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc client-facing reports aligned with campaign KPIs. • Collaborates with internal teams (Research, Automation, Sales Ops, Marketing) to ensure smooth and aligned campaign execution. • Reviews performance trends across accounts to identify risks, opportunities, and optimisation strategies. • Maintains accurate, up-to-date client documentation and reporting requirements to support campaign clarity and accountability.
• Proven experience in client relations, account management, or reporting roles. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across regions and time zones. • Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting and presenting performance data. • Experience creating structured reports or dashboards. • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. • Proficiency in collaboration and communication tools such as Slack, Gmail, and project trackers. • Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple departments. • Advantageous: Experience in sales operations, lead generation, or performance analytics. • Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, or analytics dashboards. • Previous exposure to technology, SaaS, or fast-paced service environments.
