• Lead chargeback prevention, management, and dispute resolution • Develop and implement strategies to detect and mitigate fraud across both crypto and fiat channels • Define and maintain account and bonus abuse prevention policies • Provide training and conduct regular 1-to-1 sessions with team members, ensuring awareness of emerging fraud trends and best practices • Act as the main point of contact for all payments, fraud, and risk-related matters • Oversee and review user activity to identify and reduce high-risk behaviours • Deploy and optimise fraud, KYC, liveness, and other verification tools to protect the business • Set and refine fraud rules, triggers, and workflows • Produce reports on SLAs, KPIs, payment performance, and fraud trends for senior leadership • Collaborate with third-party providers and support the integration of new payment methods and fraud solutions • Create and maintain internal procedures for withdrawals, verification, deposit issues, and bonus abuse • Provide guidance on payment approval, routing, and decline rate optimisation
• 5+ years of experience in a senior Payments, Fraud, or Risk role within the online gaming industry • Strong leadership experience in building and managing teams • Proven expertise in chargeback resolution and prevention • Excellent communication skills in English • Deep understanding of crypto payment systems and crypto-related fraud mitigation • Hands-on experience using analytics tools to identify fraud patterns, payment trends, and operational risks
