• Oversee the full recruitment life cycle for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles at Seagate • Minimize the time to hire for critical positions • Lead and oversee the recruiting team to implement new Talent Acquisition processes and tools • Assess staffing needs against the business strategy • Communicate and collaborate with business partners across the company • Provide oversight of the Talent Acquisition team of contractors/vendors • Partner with staffing teams to fulfill current and future staffing needs • Review performance to vendor SLA/KPI and other metrics • Develop candidate and employee satisfaction metrics • Partner with vendors/RPO partners for resource needs • Develop and monitor data analytics for process enhancements • Identify and map the external talent pool • Develop assessment tools for hiring decisions
• Talent acquisition with proven results in building a great team • Managing/Leading a team of Talent Acquisition partners • Proven track record of instituting hiring processes to bring efficiency in the hiring process • In depth expertise and understanding of talent acquisition across different geographies and business functions • Deep experience in recruitment, talent strategy, candidate assessments, fit analysis and on-boarding with exposure and use of technology platforms in the talent acquisition space • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems • Proven excellence in project management skills
