📋 Description

• Manages district operations by overseeing field teams, directing patient support activities, ensuring protocol compliance, and achieving service delivery and quality targets • Leads team performance through coaching sessions, feedback, individual development plans, performance gap resolution, and hiring, termination decisions • Drives business results by analyzing KPIs, implementing improvements, resolving operational challenges, identifying market trends, and meeting enrollment, retention, and satisfaction goals • Manages client partnerships through business reviews, program outcome presentations, escalation resolution, and collaboration on strategic expansion initiatives • Oversees district resources by managing budgets, controlling expenses, forecasting financial needs, making staffing decisions, and optimizing personnel allocation across territories • Ensures regulatory compliance by monitoring adherence to privacy regulations, SOPs, and pharmaceutical industry guidelines across all district activities • Leads cross-functional collaboration with clinical operations, reimbursement services, training, and quality assurance to align district priorities, share field intelligence, and inform program enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, public health, health administration, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience required • 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations and services, patient services, case management, field operations, pharmaceutical services, or a related field required • 3+ years of experience in a management capacity required • Clinical licensure in good standing preferred • Certified Case Manager (CCM), Accredited Case Manager (ACM), or equivalent certification preferred • Certification in project, program management (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2), process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma), privacy, compliance, or pharmaceutical operations preferred
