📋 Description

• Perform general administrative tasks such as mail processing and data entry • Create and maintain patient records in the CRM system • Serve as a liaison with other team members • Review and keep various workplace reports up to date • Manage incoming and outgoing calls

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or post-secondary education • 3–5 years of experience in a similar administrative role • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is an asset • Ability to communicate effectively in English and French (spoken and written) is an asset • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
