📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise finance technology platforms • Define and execute roadmap for finance platforms including Kyriba, Ariba, Esker • Drive end-to-end transformation initiatives to modernize finance processes • Establish governance frameworks for platform usage and data integrity • Act as liaison between Finance, IT, Procurement, and external vendors • Build and lead a high-performing team of product owners, analysts, and technical specialists • Monitor system performance and user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 10 or more years of experience in finance technology leadership roles • 5 or more years as a Subject Matter Expert in Kyriba, Ariba, Esker, and other finance systems including SAP, DataBricks • Demonstrated success in leading finance transformation initiatives in a global organization • Strong understanding of financial processes including treasury, procurement, AP automation, and accounting
