• Lead development and refinement of integration standards, processes, and approach across the deal lifecycle • Finalize integration process and externally validate functional integration approaches • Implement tech stack, tools, and templates to manage multiple integrations concurrently • Plan, execute, and monitor integration projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery • Lead and oversee integration delivery managers executing project and program activities • Partner with Corporate Development during diligence and incorporate findings into integration planning • Line up resourcing and readiness for integration as deals progress • Collaborate with finance, operations, HR, IT, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and functional buy-in • Identify and mitigate integration risks to maintain project momentum • Establish and track KPIs to measure integration success and drive continuous improvement • Support cultural integration between merging entities to foster collaboration and unity • Present progress and recommendations to senior leadership and Board, engaging executive stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (MBA preferred) • 8-10 years of experience in program and project management with focus on M&A integration in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries • Proven track record coordinating complex integration initiatives • Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus • Demonstrated experience with healthcare systems and pharmaceutical supply chains • Proven experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strategic partnerships • Direct experience working alongside acquired entities and leadership teams • Deep knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and due diligence processes related to M&A activities • Strong financial analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting • Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership and Board of Directors • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in fast-paced environment • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners, investment banks, and advisors
