📋 Description

• Building golf course profiles including collecting course images and facility details. • Understanding booking rates and configuring specific parameters in our systems. • Providing continual quality assurance on existing profiles and rates, and identifying issues. • Organising processes, solutions, and learnings from your role into a shared knowledge base. • Research potential clients in worldwide markets to assist sales team with lead generation. • Assisting CEO, Vice President of Operations, Head of Sales, and Head of Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 2 years Operations Support experience. • Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be advantageous. • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and thorough in their work. • Able to identify errors immediately, leading to nearly perfect output. • Strong organisational skills and is proactive in resolving issues as they arise. • Possesses an eye for design and attention to detail, with a focus on image content. • Self-motivated and thrives in a remote work environment with a positive “can-do” attitude. • Works well with others and is well-structured, dependable, and is driven to succeed in a startup. • Enthusiastic energy and strong command of the English language, with excellent writing skills.
