📋 Description

• As a Consumer Care Specialist, you will represent the brand directly to its customers • You’ll handle a variety of interactions—responding to concerns, providing helpful information, or engaging on social media—all with the goal of making the customer experience smoother and more positive • You’ll use active listening and strong communication skills to understand each situation clearly and address it efficiently • You’ll also give special attention to sensitive inquiries, develop an in-depth understanding of the product range, and help shape a high-quality support experience • Your input and ideas will play a key role in improving processes and strengthening our service standards

🎯 Requirements

• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to recognize and manage feelings • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal communication, and active listening • Previous experience in customer support is an advantage • Solid computer and typing skills (MS Office proficiency) • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities • Positive team spirit and a proactive attitude • Completed secondary education
