• Manage inbound customer calls regarding contract cancellations. • Advise customers on services and offers to maintain or increase their subscription value. • Upsell and cross-sell products and services. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Meet defined quality and performance standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in German (mandatory) and good command of English. • Previous experience in a call center is valued but not mandatory. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure. • Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual. • Basic PC skills. • Completed technical training or equivalent professional experience.
